Free webinar
Date: Wed 12 Nov 2025
Time: 12:30-13:30
Location: Online, Microsoft Teams
From our work, we know that building effective relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) is essential for charities and organisations who need to engage HCPs, but it’s not easy. Time pressure, system complexity and information overload make engagement difficult. Yet when these relationships work, they deliver better outcomes for patients and carers.
So we've been running research with HCPs and charity engagement professionals who have been sharing honest insights on what works and what doesn't. Organisations who have contributed include: Breast Cancer Now, Parkinson's UK, Prostate Cancer UK, Teenage Cancer Trust, Alzheimer's Society, Blood Cancer UK, Autistica, Macmillan Cancer Support, Sue Ryder and Diabetes UK.
We'll sharing the findings in a new whitepaper that we're presenting in a webinar on 12 November. Join us to hear from contributors, and discuss practical approaches you can apply.
The event is open to staff from public sector, NHS and charities.
