She brings over 25 years of experience in the digital and consultancy sector, with a strong track record in operational strategy, organisational design, and commercial management. Before joining Healthia, Verity helped grow CX Partners from a start-up into a multi-million turnover consultancy — building core business functions, leading major change initiatives, and supporting long-term growth.
At Healthia, Verity oversees all aspects of operational delivery, including project resourcing, financial planning, workforce development, and partnership coordination. She leads on recruitment and onboarding and ensures high standards in governance and communication.
Verity also heads up research operations, maintaining ethical practice, participant safety, and data governance. She plays a central role in embedding social value — from inclusive recruitment and ethical procurement to sustainability and local impact — and contributes to strategic planning and business development.
